Vision Embroidery Inc. does not permit returns or exchanges upon customer receipt of order.*
As each order is custom-made, we cannot process returns or exchanges for other goods or services offered by Vision Embroidery Inc.
Prior to shipping your order, a sales staff member will send a confirmation image of your order, a "proof", to certify that your order is made to your specification and quality standards. If confirmed, production will continue and your order will be shipped. If there is an objection or concern, a sales staff member will reach out to respond to any queries regarding your order.
*Vision Embroidery Inc. will only provide a refund if it is determined that the product received contains a major defect related to our services in the customization process.
