messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Vision Embroidery (“Vision Embroidery,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By opting in to Vision Embroidery’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Vision Embroidery through your wireless carrier to the mobile number you provided. This may include service-related messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts) and promotional messages (e.g., sales, discounts, cart reminders). Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Please consult your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for additional details. You are solely responsible for any costs related to SMS/text messages from Vision Embroidery.You can opt out of the Service at any time by texting the word STOP to +1 (855) XXX-XXXX (replace with Vision Embroidery number) or by clicking the unsubscribe link (if provided) in a text message. After opting out, you’ll receive a one-time confirmation message.
You will not receive additional messages unless you re-subscribe. If you are enrolled in other Vision Embroidery messaging programs, you must opt out separately from each one.

We may update our messaging phone number or shortcode at any time. If you send messages to an outdated number or shortcode, we cannot guarantee they will be received or acted upon.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vision Embroidery is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery, errors in content, or any actions taken based on the information provided through the Service.
